Why Escape Company?
When you suddenly realise that there is a better way of doing things, you feel liberated. So, when we decided on the name ‘Escape’, there were hundreds more professional - and more forgettable - options.
But ‘Escape’ described perfectly why we wanted to run our own project and innovation management business: the freedom to get things done differently. Better. Based on all the good lessons we’ve learned over the last twenty years.

We’re transparent
Depending on what needs to be done, we deploy either tried and tested traditional techniques (see our qualifications to do this). Or we choose our own hybrid, mash-ups of agile and other dynamic ways of working, which we trust because we’ve used them successfully in international and cross-cultural settings, big and small
We’re productive
If you’re short of project and programme management resources, we can design and implement training and mentoring, on or off-site. So you can grow your own talent. Which means one day you won’t need people like us. (Doh!)
