Starting Autumn 2025 we will begin introducing world class tuition courses and training. Backed by a growing library of resources for self-study and reflection. And a private community of alumni who can network and exchange ideas.

Far from being some stuffy, academic programme, Campus will be an engaging, interactive concept. Tuition will be face to face and based on real world scenarios of today, not out-dated textbooks.

Campus offers a combination of three advantages

Campus will bring world tutors, facilitators and coaches to Denmark on a continual basis. Each trimester will focus on a singular concept. For example, we launch, now, with ‘Escape Velocity’. During this initial term, Campus will concentrate on tuition and resources that demonstrate how to dramatically accelerate the progress of a project. Completing the course is not be about earning a certificate, it’s about having fresh skills that others don’t have. Skills you can deploy on your next project - immediately.

A ROLLING PROGRAMME OF LEARNING

At launch, Campus already hosts a spectrum of blog articles, written by both guest contributors and Escape consultants. Over time, this will build into a rich, searchable resource, featuring both written, audio and visual content. Some of this content will be available exclusively for those who have completed Campus training or coaching.

A GROWING POOL OF RESOURCES

Your Campus experience doesn’t end when you complete a course. On top of your access to Campus resources, you automatically earn access to a private, moderated membership group, exclusively for Campus alumni. You’ll be with like-minded people who share your appetite for learning and this will be a special place that we hope you will visit frequently to share ideas and ask for support or advice. It may even be a source of project work.

We’re talking about ‘acceleration coaching’. Learning what you need to know and do to substantially increase the progress of a project.

Join our first course and get up to speed

Attend ‘The successful project manager’s first 100 days’ and you’ll start your next project by hitting the ground running. Very fast. In two days, not only will you learn how to quickly make sense of your team, get proactive and know what to fix first (the ordinary stuff). You’ll also get a masterclass in rising to the challenges of the things that aren’t on the brief but could break the project. For example, how to overcome strategic barriers. How to use communication as a sharp instrument. What to do when you hit the brick wall of internal politics.

This is not just an educational experience, it is a course of action. And we believe it has a relevance to most - if not all - experienced project managers reading this.
