Be prepared for difficult. Rehearse for extraordinary.

Cracking the
Escape Challenge.

Paul Ovington’s popular first workshop - The Successful Project Manager’s First 100 Days - was a golden opportunity to learn from a master of project management.

His follow-up is a golden opportunity to start putting that knowledge into action.

Cracking The Escape Challenge is not a lecture. It’s not a slide show. It’s a full day workshop in which everyone has an active part to play. And the more active, the better.

Working in small teams, with both fellow Escape consultants and selected external consultants, you’ll begin by choosing, voting and acting on the real issues that affect your daily working life during your first hundred days.

Next, you and your team members will be challenged by a range of supranormal problems - from both real-life and hypothetical situations - pushing you to use all your experience and creativity to succeed. In both cases, you’ll be focusing on practice, not simply theory.

This is a facilitated session. Escape colleagues will be your guides but the spotlight will be on you.

Not only do we believe Cracking The Escape Challenge will be a great learning experience, we also think it will be a chance to build connections and share knowledge in our growing network.

You’ll need a little prep.
There is study material and some homework needed so you can understand what supranormal challenges are all about. You’ll also need to familiarise yourself with Paul’s SCARL case study technique.

Don’t worry. you’ll be sent a prep pack, prepared by Paul himself. You’ll even get access to a short, optional webinar, if it helps you get ready.

And don’t worry if you didn’t attend Paul’s previous face-to-face training based on ‘First 100 Days’. Cracking The Escape Challenge assumes you didn’t and is self-contained.

Learn from someone experiencing her first 100 days.
Escape consultant, Rikke, is beginning her first 100 days on a contract with a Danish global brand. This is serious. She’s been parachuted in. Can we help give her a flying start?

Cracking The Escape Challenge will be an unmissable opportunity to learn together, based on experiences like the ones Rikke is having.

So do join us and let’s learn together.
